Our approach to providing IT governance services is based on sound principles, techniques and mechanisms that have been developed from real life experiences and understanding of customers' needs. We incorporate globally accepted corporate governance frameworks, for example King II, Sarbanes-Oxley and COSO (The Committee of Sponsoring Organisations of the Treadway Commission), as well as IT-focused frameworks, for example, CobiT (Control Objectives for Information and Related Technology), ITIL (IT Infrastructure Library) and ISO 17799.
